Overview
Pillar Innovations has vast capabilities and numerous service offerings to a wide array of industries. Ironically, as good as this is, it was also the problem. Pillar struggled to accurately convey who they were and what all they did and for whom. We were first tasked to bring clarity and order to their communications followed by creating a marketing-based online presence.
Website Structural Planning, Design, and Development
We determined that the solution for the brand confusion was to make a distinction between capabilities and services. In doing so, that allowed us to present products and services as an extension of their capabilities and categorize them by specific industries. This approach provided the basis to design a logical website structure and compelling user interface that clearly communicated Pillar’s overall value to existing and potential customers.
Pillar Innovations’ customer base is global and so the need for a compelling website with rich content was a must. We refined content, created targeted brand messaging, performed advanced search engine optimization, and captured commercial photography. These elements paired with a dynamic content management system and custom website design services achieved the desired online presence.
